Modern Olives Laboratory provides chemical and organoleptic analysis for the smallest recreational producer wanting to enter their oil into Show Competitions, to large National and International brands for retail and export. We perform chemical analysis to determine the quality and authenticity of olive oil against the Australian Standard.
Our services include an organoleptic analysis of oil, where our dedicated panel of Tasters are trained to analytically assess the positive attributes (fruitiness, bitterness, pungency) and negative attributes (defects) of oil samples. We offer convenient and cost-effective packages for all our services to suit our clients’ varied needs. We strive for fast turn-around times and offer express services where required.

For Table Olives, you can compare your results to the Australian Table Olive Standard. These documents can both be found on the Australian Olive Association (AOA) website.
